Barça Lassa let a two-goal lead slip that would have put six points between them and one of their direct rivals for the league title

FC Barcelona Lassa: Aitor Egurrola, Gual, Matías Pascual, Panadero, Pablo Álvarez –starting fivel–, Barroso, Lucas Ordoñez & Costa.

HC Liceo: Xavi Malian, Oriol Vivies, Jordi Bargalló, Josep Lamas, Pau Bargalló –starting five–, Toni Pérez, Dava Torres, Carballeira & Nacevich.

In a spectacular game in front of 2,000 fans in the Palau Blaugrana, Barça Lassa have managed to hold onto top spot in the OK Liga table but missed out on the chance to put six points between themselves and their rival, Liceo. One of the other prime contenders for the title this season, Vic, can draw level with the Blaugrana with a win against Vendrell later today.

Barça had to come from behind after going down after twelve minutes, which they did from two set pieces, Barroso from the penalty spot and Pablo Álvarez with a free.

The second half got off to a bizarre start, with the match official taking a tumble and being stretchered off. After a confused delay of ten minutes, Sergi Mayor, a referee who was watching the game from the directors box, was called upon to help out by umpiring what was left of the match.

With the game back under way, Pablo Álvarez added Barça's third, only for Liceo to hit back a minute later. Lucas Ordoñez then re-established the two goal cushion with a fine strike, but it was Liceo who had the final say, scoring two late goals to tie the match before Egurrola saved a penalty that would have made matters very much worse.
