 Kylie Jenner has opened up on her insecurities over her lips before the lip fillers.In the February 2016 issue of ELLE, she said
"I was so insecure about my lips. Even now I always post photos where my finger is always in front of my mouth… it's a habit: I would always cover my lips. I couldn't even talk to people. Or guys. Like, [I'd be thinking]: 'I know you're looking at my lips, but you so don't want to kiss me right now'.
 Kylie also keeps Justin Bieber close to her heart.She said

"I'm so close to him [Justin] because I feel like he's been through exactly what I've been through in a completely different way but very similar," she told the mag.
"So, he's just… he just… he gets me, and every time I see him he always sits me down and is like, 'Are you OK? You're amazing. You can get through this, just stay true to your-self.' He helps me a lot."
She also revealed she would go off instagram once she has a kid
 Once I have a kid I'm not going to be on Instagram," she added. "You know, I'll probably delete my Instagram and just… I don't know, live life."

20-year old, Super Eagles player Moses Simon tied the knot with his heartthrob, Ibukun Sarah Adenuga yesterday. The couple had their engagement in the morning at the bride's home in Ibadan, Oyo State, before heading to the Civic Centre where they held their wedding reception. Few of his colleagues were also there to grace the occasion. Moses only became a regular player for Super Eagles under the leadership of Sunday Oliseh. We say congrats to him. Reuters: Burundi's president threatens to fight African peacekeepers

Burundi's President Pierre Nkurunziza threatened on Wednesday to fight any African Union peacekeepers imposed on his country, in his most confrontational comments yet on a mounting political crisis.

The African Union said this month it was ready to send 5,000 peacekeepers to protect civilians caught up in months of violence, invoking for the first time powers to intervene in a member state against its will.

"Everyone has to respect Burundi borders," Nkurunziza said in comments broadcast on state radio.

external reservesNigeria’s external reserves now stands at $29.30 billion as at December 23, 2015.

Data from the Central Bank of Nigeria’s website shows that the reserves declined by 2.41 per cent from $29.34 billion on December 22.

The external reserves has depreciated by over 15 per cent from $34.49 billion at the beginning of the year.

This represents a $5.15 billion decline so far in 2015.

The drop in the forex reserves value has been attributed to the significant reduction in forex inflow into the country, owing to the fall in crude oil prices.

A 16-year-old girl in India was found hanging on Christmas day after apparently taking her life. She had been kidnapped and gang-raped as punishment for her mother winning a local election. She went to the police with her mother to report the matter but she wasn't taken seriously. Feeling humiliated and traumatised, she took her own life. It was only after her death that police swung into action and arrested two suspects.

The Socialist Party candidate in Mirzapur, Arvind Sen, said that the girl was gang-raped to avenge the poll defeat, allegedly by relatives of a losing candidate.

Her mother was elected for the local government faction, the block development council, in the Mirzapur district of north-east India.

However, a senior police officer told said that a post-mortem report did not find signs of rape.
The latest incident is the latest high-profile case to spotlight women's safety in India in recent years. Two construction workers were arrested for the rape of a woman on the premises of tech giant, Infosys. The men, aged in their 20s, filmed the alleged assault, which occurred on Sunday at one of the IT firm's offices in the western city of Pune in Maharashtra state, officers said.

It comes a week after lawmakers passed a bill allowing harsher punishments for juveniles aged 16-18 following an outcry over the release of a young rapist who served three years in a detention facility for his part in a notorious gang rape in 2012.

Earlier this month, an Indian court sentenced seven men to death after they were convicted of the rape and murder of a Nepalese woman suffering from mental illness, reports said.

NCCThe Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has asked the Federal High Court in Lagos to dismiss or decline hearing in the suit filed by MTN Nigeria Communications Limited challenging the 1.04 trillion Naira fine imposed on it by the commission.

In a motion on notice filed through its lawyers, the NCC asked the court to dismiss the suit for want of jurisdiction or send it to the Abuja division of the court.

The commission also argued that the suit was wrongly filed in Lagos, noting that the subject of dispute took place in Abuja, while the two respondents in the suit, the NCC and the Attorney General of the Federation are also based in Abuja.

MTN in its suit, which is yet to be heard, is contending that it was not afforded enough time to comply with the NCC directive.

The telecommunication company also said that the commission did not give it fair hearing before hurriedly announcing the sanction.

Reuters: Islamic State suffers double blow as Ramadi falls, leaders killed

U.S.-led forces have killed 10 Islamic State leaders in air strikes, including individuals linked to the Paris attacks, a U.S. spokesman said, dealing a double blow to the militant group after Iraqi forces ousted it from the city of Ramadi.

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi planted the national flag in Ramadi after the army retook the city center from Islamic State, a victory that could help vindicate his strategy for rebuilding the military after stunning defeats.
